Vaisselle is a contemporary lifestyle brand created by Lea Zana - a fashion-turned-tableware designer with a penchant for eclectic vintage style. Her childhood spent scouring French flea markets with her Gran-ma inspired her passion for vibrant miss-matched ceramics, while her background in couture design, has equipped her with a flamboyant, yet artisanal approach to her creations.<br>Lea carefully designs every piece of Vaisselle tableware in London, and then hand-made in Spain, by two local artisans - a husband and wife team. To lovingly create each piece, they use white local clay, lead-free paints, natural pigments, and traditional techniques that have existed for centuries. Lea's designs are individually hand-painted onto the ceramics and sometimes triple-fired to create some of the most intricate designs.
