Herbert Levine, the American shoe brand founded in 1948 by Herbert and Beth Levine, has relaunched under the design direction of Trevor Houston. The label is widely credited as the first to have introduced boots into Haute Couture. The 'Rain Check' pumps have a ballet silhouette made from clear PVC with an elastic opening and a kitten heel. The soles are cushioned for comfort.
