Cut from 'Comfort Suit' fabric, the 'Phebe' pants have relaxed, wide legs that hang from a pleated low-rise waist. This pair comes with detachable metal cuffs that can be adjusted, opened, and closed as needed. For a higher waist fit smaller size is suggested.
