Founded in Copenhagen in 2018, BIRROT fuses Korean design heritage with distilled Scandinavian minimalism. We've drawn strong inspiration from the late '70s song Spread Silk on my Heart by Korean rock band Sanullim. It connects nostalgic emotions with our modern lives—which we express through our garments.—BIRROT founders Min Kim and Sey Hong LAY, Birrot's signature fabric, comes in four weights – Lay3, is a heavyweight fabric made from three layers of bonded crepe. Lay was developed with longevity in mind, all styles feature raw hems that can be easily adjusted at home to suit the wearer’s preferred length and fit. This mini skirt is designed with a close-fitting cut that follows the body for a sharp, fitted finish. The clean silhouette creates a minimal finish that can be easily styled with your closet staples.
