Each piece is expertly tailored by hand in small batches by women in Mexico using fabrics that last. This long-sleeve top is designed wit ha wraparound overlay that gathers across the bodice into a sculpted, fluid fold. From the hem, elongated ruffled panels fall on both sides, extending in cascading lines that nearly graze the floor.
