Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil was harvested by Philip Asquith - a fourth-generation Olive farmer. It contains Flamingo Estate's famous blend of Mission, Picual, Leccino, Pendolino, and Frantoio Olive varietals, which makes for a vibrant, peppery Oil balanced by softer fruit notes.
