Dédicace
With thanks to the photographers
Every photograph on this site was taken by someone. Each one is listed here with a link to where it came from, so that is something you can check rather than something we claim — and where we cannot yet name the hand behind one, this page says so instead of going quiet.
The storefront
The landing page’s photography — seven weekday heroes, the editorial band, the shore. Licensed, printed in black and white by the house, otherwise untouched.

The Journal
The photographs heading each edition are licensed from Pexels and treated by the house — the grain and the emblem are ours. We cannot yet name them one by one: their sources were never recorded against the frames, and until each has its own, this is the honest extent of the credit. One of them, the frame heading What Earns a Place Here, had objects removed with a generative edit — the only altered photograph on this site, and it should be said out loud.

Product photography is not listed here: it belongs to the retailers who sell the pieces, and the link that takes you to them credits it. More about how the house works is in About Us.
